Operations Manuals, Policies and Procedures Development click here
We have developed policies, procedures, and forms for adoption service providers.

When helping an organization prepare for accreditation we provide an email group for a question and answer process, informal email communication, phone conversations, and/or on-site meetings if requested for an additional fee.

Levels of Accreditation Assistance
The following roughly describe the levels of help we offer for accreditation assistance.
They are not rigid but are meant to help you think about various approaches to the process:

1: Sample Policies and Forms with the set of 9 binders and CD

2: 1 above and Policy and Procedure Review

3: Mock Survey Assessment

4: Full Accreditation Management involves all the steps above plus site visits to assist with the actual process.

5. On-line Education for Staff and Board

1: Sample Policies and Forms with the set of 9 binders and CD
Sample policies and templates are available at a reasonable price that are presented in a set of 9 binders.
They are not meant to be used "as is" but rather as a best practice sample that an organization can access to help upgrade their own policies and procedures.

2: Policy and Procedure Review involves the services included in number 1 and you can send your documents to our office for review.
After many requests, we are pleased to offer a review of any specific policy, procedure, or related forms on a per-policy or entire manual basis.
This is ideal for an organization that has an operating manual with policies and procedures, and would like an expert opinion on the quality and degree of compliance with an accreditation standard. We will provide suggestions on how to improve it if we feel changes are needed.
We will collect some basic information about your agency in order to understand your mission, structure, and service philosophy.
The review is conducted at our office and the results are emailed to you.
We will then schedule a phone call to discuss the results and recommendations. Please contact us for pricing and more information.

3: Mock Survey Assessment
A mock survey examines and scores compliance with the accreditation standards and results in a preliminary verbal report followed by a written report
with recommendations. Depending on the number of locations and size of the organization, this usually requires 1 to 2 days on-site.
We identify areas that need work and make recommendations after the mock survey is completed.
Based on the results, a step-by-step plan is based on the unique needs and resources of each agency.

4: Full Accreditation Management

We gather all existing policies, procedures, forms, program descriptions, marketing materials and develop a plan to move forward with accreditation.
We then train staff in implementing all the policies and procedures for efficiency within an organization’s structure.

All policies, procedures, and forms are provided in both paper and electronic media so management can adjust them as the need arises and as standards change.

Finally, we conduct “mock surveys” prior to the actual site visit, noting all areas of deficiency. We then work directly with staff to correct the problem.

Contact us for fees for the above services.

5. On -Line Educational Opportunities

If you wish to take the on-line training, you will need to have a fast DSL or cable internet connection. A regular phone line to dial in to participate in the meeting and an internet connection.  You should be in front of a computer so you can log on to the on-line training session. If you need help figuring all this, out please email, and we will be happy to help you get set up so you can participate.

Presenters will be Mary Mooney, the Director of Hague Accreditation Services will host the meetings and Pat Poston, a writer and consultant for various business services related to best practices will be joining the group when time permits.

The meetings will be held weekly giving participants time to ask questions to help them work on their agency policies and procedures.  Each week we will work on a set agenda and share ideas to complete the processes. This weekly meeting will also help you so that you do not get distracted.  Each week work will be given for you to do outside the meetings.  In our busy lives it is easy to get distracted and put off work.  We hope the weekly meetings will keep everyone on task.

All agencies or persons that purchase the product of 9 binders and the cd receive 8 weeks of web based training that covers all of the F section of the regulations.

Board and Staff education can be purchased separately by way of on line self guided education or instructor based education.  Email for more information.
